Terms of service

Effective October 16, 2026 · AICHEETAH IO LLC (doing business as Worxel)

Read the privacy policy too.

The agreement

These terms govern use of Bonded, provided by AICHEETAH IO LLC (doing business as Worxel). By creating a company in Bonded or using it on behalf of one, you agree to them for that company.

The service

Bonded is web software for managing electrical contracting jobs: change orders, T&M tickets, schedules of values, pay applications, invoices, payments, time, job cost, purchase orders, estimates and WIP reporting. It is not an accounting system, a payroll service, or legal, tax or accounting advice. The figures it produces come from what your company enters, and your company is responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

Accounts

A company's owner controls who is invited and in what role. Each person is responsible for the activity under their sign-in. Keep your email account secure, because sign-in links are sent to it.

Pilot, pricing and billing

A company may run a pilot on one live job for 30 days without payment. After that, Bonded is billed monthly at the flat price for the company's field headcount band published at https://bonded.worxel.com/pricing, with unlimited users. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email. You may cancel at any time; billing stops at the end of the current month and there are no refunds for partial months.

Your data

Your company owns the data it enters. We use it only to provide the service. You can export every record as CSV at any time, including after cancelling. We will not hold your data hostage and there is no exit fee.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bonded to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send unsolicited messages, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and support

We work to keep Bonded available and fast, and we will tell you about planned maintenance. Support is by email at bonded@worxel.com. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind beyond what the law requires.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Bonded is limited to the fees your company paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

You may stop using Bonded at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a material breach. Either way, your export rights above survive.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. We will post changes here with a new effective date, and material changes will be emailed to company owners.
