Does it work with QuickBooks Online?Q.01 +
Bonded runs alongside QuickBooks Online. Customers, jobs, invoices, pay apps and payments export as CSV for your bookkeeper, and a one-way export into QuickBooks is planned. There will be no two-way sync, on purpose. Two-way sync is where contractor software projects die.
Can we start mid-job?Q.02 +
Yes. Every shop does. You enter opening balances as of the day you start: cost to date, billed to date, retainage held. Budget vs. actual, pay apps and the WIP are right from the first month instead of wrong until those jobs close.
What does it cost?Q.03 +
A flat monthly price by the size of your field crew, from $1,200 a month, with unlimited users and no per-tech fee. Run a pilot on one live job for 30 days before you pay.
Does it do payroll or replace our accounting?Q.04 +
No. Approved hours feed job cost and export as a CSV your payroll service accepts. QuickBooks stays your general ledger.
